megah5 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of Our Platform

1.1 These Terms apply to all services provided by megah5, including but not limited to live casino games, slots, sportsbook wagering, table games, and any promotional or loyalty programmes offered from time to time.

1.2 megah5 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the megah5 platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register a megah5 account and to use any of the services offered on the platform. megah5 strictly prohibits access by minors. By completing registration, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old. megah5 may at any time require documentary proof of age and may suspend or close any account where age verification is refused or unsatisfactory.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the megah5 platform. megah5 makes no representation that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is expressly not permitted.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any material misrepresentation — including false name, date of birth, or contact details — will render your account subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the megah5 platform. Duplicate or linked accounts, regardless of whether different email addresses or payment methods are used, are strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and bonus balances voided.

2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees of megah5, its subsidiaries, affiliates, software providers, and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your megah5 login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. megah5 will never request your password through any channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify megah5 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. megah5 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your megah5 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. megah5 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts and to close accounts that remain dormant for an extended period, subject to applicable law.

4.1 All financial transactions on the megah5 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied by megah5 to transactions processed via supported Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and participating Malaysian banking institutions.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. megah5 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of megah5's Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. You will be required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as Malaysian National Identity Card — MyKad — or a valid passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal is processed.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. megah5 targets processing of eWallet withdrawals within five (5) minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within sixty (60) minutes of approval, subject to the processing times of the receiving financial institution and completion of any required verification checks. These target times are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee.

4.5 Third-Party Payments. megah5 does not accept deposits from, nor process withdrawals to, third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and withdrawals must be directed to an account in your own name. Transactions identified as involving third-party funds may be reversed and the account suspended.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. megah5 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. megah5 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5.1 All promotions offered by megah5 are subject to specific bonus terms published alongside each promotion, including but not limited to: eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, minimum odds for sports bonuses, maximum bonus conversion, and bonus expiry period.

5.2 Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

5.3 megah5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting low-edge games to clear wagering requirements contrary to the spirit of a promotion, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.1 Each game category available on megah5 — including live casino, slots, table games, and sportsbook — is governed by the specific rules applicable to that game type, which are accessible from within the relevant game or game category.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or other error during a game session, megah5 reserves the right to void affected bets or rounds. All bets and game outcomes are governed by megah5's servers and game provider records, which constitute the authoritative record in any dispute.

6.3 Sportsbook. All sports bets are settled in accordance with megah5's sportsbook rules and the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body for the sport in question. In-play bets accepted after the conclusion of the relevant event (due to technical error or delay) will be voided. Minimum odds and other restrictions applicable to bonus-eligible wagers are stated in the applicable bonus terms.

6.4 Obvious Errors. Where odds, payouts, or game outcomes are displayed or communicated due to an obvious error (including but not limited to system misconfiguration, data feed error, or human error), megah5 reserves the right to correct such errors and to void any bets placed at erroneous odds or conditions. This applies regardless of whether the error was identifiable by the player at the time of placing the bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the megah5 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches for financial gain;
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or the funding of unlawful activities;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or offensive conduct toward megah5 staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with megah5's software, systems, or intellectual property.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8.1 megah5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide all registered players with access to self-management tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available at all times from within your megah5 account settings and are implemented immediately upon activation.

8.3 megah5 enforces a strict 21+ policy. If you are aware of a minor accessing the platform, please notify us immediately at the contact details set out in Section 14.

9.1 All content on the megah5 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and the megah5 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of megah5 or its respective licensors. All rights are reserved.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the megah5 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without the express written consent of megah5.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, megah5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

10.2 megah5's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your megah5 account at the time the claim arose.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits megah5's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1 megah5 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

11.2 megah5 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC/AML verification service providers, game software providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law, in each case subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

12.1 megah5 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, megah5 will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will indicate the date of revision at the top of the page.

12.2 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which megah5 is licensed.

13.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact megah5 customer support with full details of your complaint. megah5 aims to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support process, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures specified by the applicable regulatory authority.
